bad bad bad

I was here in 01.07.2015-07.07.2015. hotel is wery bad, food was bad. rooms were dirty, i put 3 dolars on my bad and they took money and didnt clean the room. drinks are 50% water. yesturday i ordered flowers from georgia on the ,,Flowers2turkey.com Flower Delivery Services to Turkey" to my friend who is in this hotel. flowers were deliwered and they leave them in reception, but hotel reception didnt gave them to the recipient. I call to the reception +90-242-5262060 and they didnt know what to answer. they stole the flowers.
