Real Egyptian hospitality

I would like to write my impressions of my stay at the Xperience Kiroseiz Parkland. My stay was at the end of November 2021. First impression upon entering the hotel: beautiful, magnificent Swiss chandeliers. A spacious, bright hall with modern appliances and furniture.

The refined decoration of the hotel grounds is very impressive. Magnificent landscape well maintained. It is a spacious green area with beautiful palm trees and flowers.

The hotel pleases with a selection of pools of different depths. There is a pool with jacuzzi and two heated pools in winter.

I was very impressed with the water park. 17 slides of all kinds. This is a real paradise for adults and children.

For lovers of a healthy lifestyle, there is a modern fitness center, spa, and babysitting services for children.

Check-in is fast. Hotel occupancy at that time was almost 100 percent. There are a lot of tourists from Europe, a lot of Arab families, Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan.

The room is bright, comfortably furnished, and beautifully decorated. Terrace with modern armchairs overlooking the beautiful grounds of the hotel.

At the guests' service are three restaurants (the main one is made in the Egyptian style in the center with a statue of the golden pharaoh) and bars, which delight with delicious, varied dishes and soft drinks. All inclusive breakfasts, lunches and dinners. (which is very convenient for vacationers). meat dishes, side dishes, yoghurts, salads, fresh fruits, vegetables. Large selection of pastries, sweet dishes. Distribution of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The preparation and quality of food is beyond praise. Repost and respect to cooks, waiters. Therefore, I am very surprised by the negative reviews of some tourists. I would like to see if they have such variety at home.

The hotel itself is located on the second line. But it didn’t upset me. The hotel has two beaches: coral and sandy. Registration for the beach takes place at the reception. The bus is comfortable, the journey takes about 15 minutes. I preferred the coral beach. Convenient descent from the pontoon into the sea. A picturesque reef and a rich underwater world: a lot of fish, I saw a stingray, a small moray eel.

Separately, repost and respect Mr. ASHOK: such qualities as attentiveness, politeness, knowledge of foreign languages ​​perfectly support the highest standards of service at the hotel.

... Xperience Kiroseiz Parkland 5 * is an excellent hotel. Everything is top notch and with true Egyptian hospitality. Professionalism and courtesy of staff, housekeeping, quality and taste of food, animation, swimming pools, water park - all this is worthy of 5 * and praise. In this difficult period, the hotel maintains its 5 * reputation with dignity. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It is clear that I will be happy to come back here. This wonderful hotel is the hallmark of Egyptian hospitality.
